How can I track my order?

After your order you will receive by email your tracking information. You can also log in your account to track your orders.

How long does it take to process my order?

If you place an order before 2pm on our website, we'll ship it that same day. Any purchases after that time period will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange one or more items within 14 days of the delivery date. Contact us to open an exchange or log in to your account to initiate a return.

A $9.95 fee will apply for returns . Exchanges are free for the first two.

All products need to be returned in its original box with all tags/stickers still intact.

Are the products new?

All products that we sell are brand new. We don't sell any used products.
